Hi everyone ~

In my quest to become more economical and cut back on my trash waste, I would like to start pressure cooking my beans.

I own a 6-quart Cuisinart electric pressure cooker that I am just becoming familiar with using. Does anyone have any advice or tips for me? I heard that if you don't use oil, you could use some sort of seaweed to cut down on foaming which could clog your pressure cooker.

Thank you so much!
