Guest guest Posted October 7, 2009 Report Share Posted October 7, 2009 Vegetable Combo 1 large onion chopped (1 cup) 4 ribs celery chopped (1 cup) 4 carrots chopped (1 cup) 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 15 oz can peas Vegetable broth or water Nuke onion, celery and carrots until softened. Best to nuke them one at a time. Blend peas in food processor until smooth. Combine nuked veggies, chickpeas and blended peas. Add vegetable broth or water to desired consistency Nuke until heated through. May need to stir half way through. Serve over brown rice or eat plain.
