Guest guest
Hi DorothyB12 is a complicated one and there is some conflicting evidence about sources and about how much we need.Personally, I take a B12 drop each day. But i didn't bother with that until I'd been vegan for several years - your body requires only miniscule amounts, and stores the B12 you've consumed in animal products for several years.Dr Michael Klaper says sublingual B12 drops are absorbed best. Yesterday I read on the label of brewer's yeast this would be a suppliment as B-12 and am interested in how others approach this. Thanks, Dorothy in N. FL.
