Question About B-12 & Brewer's Yeast

Hi DorothyB12 is a complicated one and there is some conflicting evidence about sources and about how much we need.Personally, I take a B12 drop each day. But i didn't bother with that until I'd been vegan for several years - your body requires only miniscule amounts, and stores the B12 you've consumed in animal products for several years.Dr Michael Klaper says sublingual B12 drops are absorbed best.
