Guest guest
My multi-vit has 6mcg but I don’t eat anything that is fortified with B-12. I’ve added a B-12 supplement once a week. I think it has something like 10mcg. I figure this combo makes me safe. I know my medical doc does not have great training in nutrition, most of them don’t, but I did ask her and she agreed to my plan. Just FYI… Judy On Behalf Of p.squyres If your pill says 6 mcgs or 100% daily and especially if you drink fortified soy or other non dairy milks and/or cereals you should be in good shape " auntyfaye " <auntyfaye I take a multi vitamin that supplies 100% of the b vitamins. Do I still need to take a b-12 supplement?
