Guest guest Posted September 8, 2009 Report Share Posted September 8, 2009 A very good ingredient or base for non-fat veggie broth, sauces and gravy is to use some bean, pea or lentil flour. The more you use the thicker the broth. Very easy and inexpensive if you happen to have a small home grain-mill, which also lets you bake with fresh whole-grain flour.
