Does anyone have a recommendation for a dehydrator? I would be most interested

in one that would last (and not have too many plastic parts!) but still won't

break the bank.

I can find no good reviews anywhere.

The best food dryers are ones with a fan and temperature control. Cabella's has awesome dehydrators, they are almost commercial grade and do a lot of food. American Harvest has some. The key is a fan and temp control.  This assures for safe food drying!
