Rancid Fish Oil

Bob,

 

I know from personal experience that fish oil capsules often

contain rancid oil. I have no way of determining if they were packed

with rancid oil, or if the oil within turned rancid after manufacture.

The gel caps are permeable to air.

mean to be argumentative but oils can only become rancid when

exposed to air, heat, or light. Since there is no air in the capsules,

if you don't leave them outside, in the sun, on a hot day, should be no

problem.
