Guest guest
I just wanted to share a tasty smoothie that I threw together for tomorrow's breakfast. Its a nice alternative to the green smoothies I usually have. one pear one clementine fresh pineapple cooked, mashed squash (I had some leftover) one tablespoon flax seeds cinnamon half a carton soy yogurt (plain or vanilla) This makes enough for two regular or one really large smoothie. Due to the cinnamon, squash and pear, the flavors are decidedly reminiscent of fall but I had all of this stuff in my fridge so why not.... If anyone has any other good smoothies with veggies hidden in them and no added sugars, please share. I love them in the morning and they are a good way to get in more veggies and fresh raw produce (the cooked squash being an obvious exception). -Erin
