Guest guest
One of my favorite ways to eat garbanzos is to just wash and soak the dry beans overnight in clean cold water, and keep some soaking in the fridge. Very lazy. I like them as finger-food just like that, better than peanuts. Careful so that they're NOT too hard to bother your teeth, but crunchy, tasty, and they don't need any salt for me. I usually keep some beans of various kinds pre-soaked in the fridge, just to use a couple handfuls in with a batch of brown rice and greens and they work fine for that too.
