Please, Slim, tell us what kind of soymilk maker and what kind of rice cooker you use (or recommend)! Thanks. You have been so good about sharing your methods with us -- but I have neither a soymilk maker nor a rice cooker and want to get both!On another subject: at PCRM site there is a sign-up for a "vegan challenge" of three weeks starting in Sept. It might be a good place to start for those new to this way of eating. I have been vegan for quite awhile (since 1975) but I signed up! I hope some of the recipes will be new and tasty --- and who doesn't like new and tasty!Fon Vestal
