Guest guest
hi everyone, Just wanted to let everyone know i am doing much better. the big culprit was th peanuts. i am a southern girl who was raised on fresh warm roasted peanuts and pepsi. other nuts in the environment are fine. i am not tempted to go overboard. i thought about things and came to the conclusion that peanuts was the last of the true comfort foods i grew up with. gone are the days of hamhocks, bacon, and othe pork fat laden southern comforts like biscuits made with lard, and heart clogging homemade mac and cheese. so there was the good old vegan peanut to comfort me and keep me southern. so we had a final peanut feast and made the new rule that on major holidays we would roast a pound for the whole family to share and keep the tradtion in moderation. i have already started loosin weight again and feel much better about obtaining my goal to get the last 40 of my 75 pounds off. thank you all for the ideas and encouragement....this is a great group....i'm going to roast some chick peas....BLESSINGS......
