Guest guest
Most of the recipes I've seen calling for sesame oil require about a teaspoon to a tablespoon, and most are like a dressing, marinade, or stir-fry. What I've done successfully is dry roast a small amount (TBL or 2) of sesame seeds, grind (I use a coffee bean grinder that's never seen a coffee bean!), and add to recipe. Sometimes a little water with it depending upon ultimate use. Seems to have worked well for me. FYI, Mark http://www.soulveggie.com
