I love spanish food and someone brought some in to work today ... they looked soooo good! But they were far from fat free and far from vegan... I'm thinking about replacing the corn meal and butter with sweet plantains, and using MSF strips to replace the meat. Boiled the same way I expect it should still have the same consistency.
