Guest guest Posted August 1, 2009 Report Share Posted August 1, 2009 There's roughly two cups in a pint. I checked this online, although I also validated it the other week making Raspberry Preserves. In fact, you could probably substitute raspberries, or cut-up peaches, or blackberries, for the blueberries. I can't get agave syrup easily, and maple syrup is too expensive. I'll probably use extra juice to make these. Looks like a good recipe than can be used rather generically with most fruits.
