Guest guest Posted July 13, 2009 Report Share Posted July 13, 2009 *Left Coast Nectarine Chutney* 4 yellow nectarines, chopped into 1/2 in peices 3/4 c diced bell peppers- I used multi colored frozen pepper strips, but fresh is better 1 small onion, finely diced. 1/4 c brown sugar 1/4c vinegar 1T lemon pepper with or without salt 4 cloves crushed garlic 1/4 t. finely ground hot red pepper flakes , to taste 2 t. ground corriander Mix all together and either serve fresh as a side to a good curry, or hotpack into sterile half-pint jars, water bath process for 20 minutes.
