Guest guest
I can't find the original posts and I love somosas, can someone please repost it? Thanks so much. I'm having a really tough time with bingeing and of all things, McDonalds cheeseburgers are showing up waaaaaay too often in my food journal. I can't figure out these cravings at all, but I've been in a lot of pain, mayofacial and sciatica stuff. The percocet and the muscle relaxers have just about shot any control I had. I am getting some help and hopefully will be able to post some positive fat free vegan suggestions! Thanks, Kathy
Guest guest
Hi Kathy and everyone...you won't see me post much - I'm more of a lurker...and barely that since I became a mommy 6 months ago today! I'm relating to your cravings - I don't get it! I'm craving chicken like crazy and, have to admit, have had it twice in the last week or two. I get that I'm also eating a lot of carbs and waaaay too little veggies and fruit. I'm suspecting that's the root of it, so I guess it's time to stop now and get back to my normal eating. I like the hug bug sandwich idea on another post today! It sounds so cute and yummy...I think I'll try it with almond butter! I hope you figure out your cravings. I'm interested in seeing what the rest of the group has to say. Any ideas on how breastfeeding may affect cravings? It's so wierd...absolutely no unhealthy cravings during pregnancy, but breastfeeding...forget about it!!!!
