Guest guest Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 Featuring collard greens and swiss chard - I have used garlic and onion, some frozen cayenne pepper chopped in and wilted these greens down in a cast iron pot. Its one of my favorite ways to eat them and I have them that way for breakfast. Also have you considered using them in a green smoothie?
