Featuring collard greens and swiss chard -

I have used garlic and onion, some frozen cayenne pepper chopped in and wilted

these greens down in a cast iron pot. But I was wondering if anyone had any

other recipes that they would like to share.

I actually really like collard wilted down with some canned (or fresh) stewed

tomatoes. Its one of my favorite ways to eat them and I have them that way for

breakfast. Also have you considered using them in a green smoothie? I had one

this morning that was a combination of:

 

Apple

Banana

Orange

Collards

Butter lettuces

Flax seeds

some water

 

It tasted pretty " green " but I happen to love them that way.
