Guest guest
Somewhere I have a recipe from the Fuhrman site for Sunflower/Flax crackers that is really good but I sorta change the ingredients with the recipes from Vegan World Fusion Cuisine cookbook...I don't care for his spices.....i will look it up later or tomorrow, but I know you have to soak the seeds first and it turns into a sorta glop in the food processor before dehydrating...and you need the fruit leather trays to do it! I have some stuff to do today and need to pick my other half from the airport late tonite..... Guest guest
Thanks Nancy, I'd appreciate it -- they sound intriguing. (I do have some of the liners). No hurry. I just didn't like the spices he used...this one is the savory one, the other book has two more..rosemary lavender and Sweet which I figured I wouldn't like. I am an onion, garlic and basil person...so just experiment with whatever you would like at the store! I just finished the last of them and they were over a year old! They never go bad! Right now I am into tomato chips!
