Guest guest Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 I'm heading off for my first CSA pickup of the year and it sounds like there's going to be a lot of these types of greens in the box. I'll probably use some for stir frys, and I'm thinking about buying a cast iron grilling pan to grill some on my stove (third floor apartment, no place to conveniently use an actual grill) but I'd love to hear some other good ways to eat them. I always go heavy on the greens when I have it. Or if you read a few posts back I talk about Veganomicon's potato and kale enchiladas which could be made with various greens...
