Guest guest
I have some tempeh I found in the back of my fridge. It's a few months older than the expiration date and I am wondering if I should throw it out or since it's a fermented food anyway, if it would be safe to eat. Any thoughts? -Becky
Guest guest
I hate to throw food away so I'd open the pack and give it a sniff! I think if it's gone bad it will be really obvious - it'll smell bad and/or be slimy...
