we had friends visiting the week before easter weekend and then my younger

daughter who is nearly 5 months old got very sick. she ended up in hospital with

dehydration due to the rotavirus. it's highly contagious, both my husband and i

got sick, but our older daughter did not.

 

everything fell to me, as my husband was much more sick. we spent last week

eating tomato soup and crackers.

 

today is my first day officially starting the 6-week program of eat to live.

here's hoping i see some good results.
