Less than 10% is the recommendation for the reversal diet. We personally do

much less due to the other half's heart.

I wasn't referring to Dr. Ornish specifically, but to Dr. Esselstyn. Offhand, I

don't recall what Dr. Ornish said about prevention versus reversal (if he did at

all).

 

Diane (just trying to explain why I don't obsess if I go over 10% fat in any

given day ...)
