Guest guest
I thought that course was suspended because of pressure from dairy and meat interests? Maybe the online one continues regardless - good! What was the cost and how long did it take to complete?Best wishesaliceOn 20/04/2009, at 9:17 AM, Ethelda Peshko wrote:I just complet4d the first module of a Plant based Nutrition course from eCornellIt is vegan, by T Colin Campbell, aithor of the China Study. It was very informmative.Ethelda
Guest guest
I've been considering taking that as well, but it was unclear to me whether you actually end up with any certification at the end of the four modules. I know it's a brand new offering, so maybe that just takes time. Would be interested in hearing more. Thanks and congrats, -Erin http://www.zenpawn.com/vegblog http://www.ShopVeganRaw.com - Ethelda Peshko Sunday, April 19, 2009 5:17 PM learning I just complet4d the first module of a Plant based Nutrition course from eCornell It is vegan, by T Colin Campbell, aithor of the China Study.
