Guest guest Posted April 18, 2009 Report Share Posted April 18, 2009 Awesome. I tried my oatmeal / black-eyed pea leftovers from last night in yellow peppers for a delicious turn on stuffed peppers. I just added a bit of tomato sauce and a few sliced olives (very few) per 1/2 pepper shell. Sprinkled with bread crumbs.
