Guest guest
I haven't time to figure this out right now (getting ready to interview Rip Esselstyn), but I just noted that in my interview with his father (Caldwell), Dr. Esselstyn said it took " 8 to 12 weeks " to get rid of the cravings for fat. I seem to recall from other interviews/videos, that he sometimes said 14 weeks... dunno. Here's the part of the interview that I was reviewing: http://www.madcowboy.com/02_MCIview05.003.html Just figured I'd post a quick note to point out that I might have gotten that wrong... will check it out later. Bottom line: you CAN lose the craving for fat (just like meat and eggs!) FYI, Mark http://www.soulveggie.com
