Guest guest Posted April 14, 2009 Report Share Posted April 14, 2009 I need to better understand soy sauce before I go shopping. I've always used Kikkoman based on a Chinese friend's recommendation. Lately though I'm seeing recipes call for soy sauce or braggs. What is the difference? I also need to watch salt intake so is that different in the different kinds?
