Guest guest
Heidi, I don’t have a vita-mix. I have an old blender that is strong enough for frozen fruit chunks but not for ice cubes. I also have a borrowed food processor. Would either of these work as a substitute? Judy On Behalf Of Heidi Crawford Myung's slicing cheese Makes about 1 1/2 pounds. Blend all ingredients in a vita-mix, except for the agar agar, with 1 C of water. Add to vita-mix in order listed.
