RE: help modifying -- vita-mix

Heidi,

 

I don’t have a vita-mix. I have an old

blender that is strong enough for frozen fruit chunks but not for ice cubes. I

also have a borrowed food processor. Would either of these work as a

substitute?

Myung's slicing cheese

Makes about 1 1/2 pounds.

Blend all ingredients in a vita-mix, except for the agar agar,

with 1 C of water. Add to vita-mix in order listed.
