One thing I love comes from a time working in Chinese restaurants so for lunch I have: Rice Noodles, I have the broad kind and I just break off a few, and the calories and fat are negligable One Vegan Chicken Boullion cube 20 calories here no fat about two cups water cut up califlower (1/2 cup) cut up brussel sprouts (1/2 cup) cut up onion about a quarter some frozen (no genetic modifications) peas few shakes of Mrs. Brags soy to taste Bring water to boil, add boullion, dissolve add other ingredients, simmer for about 20 min or until vegies are crisp but not soft.
