Guest guest Posted April 11, 2009 Report Share Posted April 11, 2009 Think this is low fat but does have dumplings, only fat in it is earth balance margarine 2 vegan chicken boullion cubes water 4 cups water approx califlower chopped into pieces brussell sprouts quartered carrot grated organic corn kernels one potatoe diced 1/2 cup left over rice spinache leaves 1 onion chopped 1 clove garlic bit of sweet potato 1/2 cup lentils rinsed boil all together till almost done add 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt cut in or mix in with fingers 1 tbsp earth balance margarine [mod. note: substitute or omit] mix with soy milk till dumpling texture sort of mushy not too mushy drop into soup simmer/boil 5 min cover and simmer/boil for ten minutes yummy yeilds lovely soup with scrumptous dumplings sorry not too excellent with details Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
