Guest guest
I'm new here. I am trying to decide which way to go or if I can lose weight by just eating fat free vegan. I need to lose about 80 pounds and I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia. Any suggestions or insights? Meschill
Guest guest
Look up the McDougall website for some interesting info on health and fat-free vegan. Guest guest
Hello Meschill, Sure -- I suggest reading " EAT TO LIVE " by Joel Furhman MD. I've read it a few times. I think of it because I've just been rereading it and I'm finding it is motivating me about weight loss. He not only is TOTALLY clear on how to lose weight, he has a number of weight-loss stories in the book, and also has a somewhat weight-loss-focused view. Apparently other doctors send him patients who " can't lose weight " because he is well known for helping the " hopeless " succeed. I like his particular way of presenting things even better than Ornish and McDougall in some areas -- and that is saying a LOT! Anyway, I totally recommend reading this book as you consider your options. OOPS -- now I'm looking at the " subject " of your email -- MWLP vs E2L. So, maybe you've read EAT TO LIVE!!! (I don't know what MWLP is, just at the moment). best, Moria At 06:36 AM 3/24/2009, you wrote: >2a.
