Guest guest
Been reading " The Engine 2 " diet by Rip Esselstyn and noted that he has a no-fat dijon mustard dressing recipe. Been there; done that... but... .... being a mustard fan, I've four or five types of mustard in the 'frig. What's frustrating is that, no mater what I do, I can never completely empty a bottle of that holy golden mixture. Flash: I was about to toss a Dijon Mustard bottle when I realized: " hey, why not add some balsamic vinegar, water, tamari, spices, and nutritional yeast to taste TO the bottle and use it was a salad dressing bottle? " Worked beautifully! FYI, Mark http://www.soulveggie.com

I once took a pair of utility scissors and cut the whole jar open to scoop out the 2 ounces from the 8-ounce bottle. Now I only buy mustard in the screw-top jars. Prevents a lot of headaches.
