Guest guest Posted February 18, 2009 Report Share Posted February 18, 2009 I just finished a blog post of 10 fat/sodium/heart disease-related statistics that I think vegans who want to be " healthy vegans " should consider memorizing or at least recognize when they buy food products and/or construct their meals. Of course, the thrust of the stats are minimal added oil/fat and sodium.
