Guest guest
Y'all: I was struck by all the blog posts praising the " wonders " of Sheese, Teese, and Follow Your Heart, vegan " cheeses " and decided to do a nutritional analysis/breakdown for one serving on a pizza. It's a long post, so I'm not copying it to the List (technically: it's not a fatfree recipe). That being written, I think many will find it interesting and possibly useful: Direct link to post: http://soulveggie.blogs.com/my_weblog/2009/02/follow-your-heart-dont-eat-follow-\ your-heart.html Amazing... using the equivalent of whole milk mozzarella has less fat grams per serving than those three " fake " cheeses. One more reason to go " no added fat " vegan. FYI, Mark
