Looking for the author of a vegan, sugar-free cookbook...

A couple of weeks ago a woman contacted me to say she'd made my

marshmallow mix with agave instead of sugar and it had turned out well,

and she was happy she'd be able to include her recipe for rocky road

cheesecake in her vegan and agave-sweetened cookbook (which she was

still looking for a publisher for).

I lost some info in a computer crash last week, including her emails,

and have no way of contacting her! I can't even remember her name! If

anyone knows who she is, please email me off-list!
