I've just printed out the information. I'm not a big baker, so I don't need to substitute for eggs very often -- but it's always good to know more options. Now, the salad dressing thickener is so TOTALLY great -- I've actually recently bought 2 or 3 kinds of thickeners to experiment with for salad dressing!
