Guest guest Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 The most carnivorous person of the bunch, Carin, said this today at dinner: " You know, I'm normally a big mashed-potatoes fan, but really, when you serve this gravy, the potatoes are just a vehicle for the gravy. " The gravy was my fat-free version of Punk Rock Chickpea Gravy (I leave out the oil altogether, and in place of all the spices, I just use a teaspoon of Costco organic no-salt seasoning, which is kind of chicken-ish).
