" Soy cheeses invariably have a very high fat content (usually from oil) as well as sodium. Last I checked this is a fat free vegan recipe list, but I could be wrong. Also, many thanks to all those who responded to the sucrose recipe and didn't take the time to not include the entire recipe again and again and again on posts. Way to go!
