The main difference I've read between using a microwave

to cook versus just reheat is, thankfully, much less an

issue for us vegans, namely, that of " cool spots " , i.e.,

not reaching high enough temps for long enough periods

of time to all parts of animal-based meals.

Right its bad no matter what. The of course meant I still own one and use as

minimally as possible to re heat coffee or small things but I don't cook using

it.
