I like them, but they're pretty high in fat, and very highly processed,

so I end up buying them maybe once a year. Last time I used them was to

make dips for a big Christmas party in 2007. Many people were very happy

to have a nondairy dip option.

If you see ricotta in a recipe, you can get the extra firm tofu and crumble

it up and it looks and tastes like ricotta...it is perfect.

Tofuti is a great cream cheese but very processed so I also hold off unless

I am really craving it on a bagel (which are also not too good for you!!!)
