Guest guest
I like all breads without oil, blueberry pancakes without the oil, using soymilk, all fruit jams on occasion, rice milk, split pea soup (pureed), sweet potatoes with pumpkin pie spice and 1Tablespoon flax seed, smoothies of pineapple in a can, blueberry, frozen strawberry and raw spinach, you can not even taste the spinach! I also will puree carrots, green beans, broccoli, separately, for one ingredient soups with kelp and garlic powder when I have time. If I have cold cereal, I heat up the rice milk in the microwave to make it warm in the winter time. I love other things, but the fats and sugars are almost addicting and then I have a hard time eating my veggies. I can add broccoli to the pea soup. And, I combine the grains with the beans or peas within 24 hours to make a complete protein. This diet may be too starchy with mainly the pea soup and the sweet potatoes with either spinach or broccoli in the pea soup because I am 5 ft. 4 in and weigh 127 lbs. I should really be 120 lbs. or less. Yet, I am not exercising only lightly on a regular basis and am going to school. When I am not going to school I have more time for vigorous exericse and will weigh only 120 lbs. Maureen
