Guest guest
Quick question. When baking with various flours (barley, oat, whole wheat), some of which I do not use that often, I noticed the expiration date on some of these bags of flour. How long can one really use flour after the expiration date? Should flours not freq used be stored in freezer and does this allow me to use it beyond the expiration date? Your experience welcomed.
