Guest guest Posted December 28, 2008 Report Share Posted December 28, 2008 I used the recipe from Susan's blog as part of our Christmas dinner and it was wonderful! I made various changes - left out the tofu, because that would have made it too high-fat for my husband, left out the onion and garlic because we had Buddhist guests that evening, and used brown rice instead of wild rice because of the cost... I also increased the amount of herbs and tomato paste, and added a bit of chilli and savoury yeast.
