Gingerbread Biscotti

Have note some vegan biscotti recipes posted on blogs recently and most call for

what I believe is an excesive amount of added oil. One of them called for 1/4

cup Earth Balance, and one might rightly believe that's okay for a recipe with

20 servings.

 

Well, still believing in no added fat, I wondered if anyone had acommplish a

truly fat-free biscotti?
