Guest guest
Have note some vegan biscotti recipes posted on blogs recently and most call for what I believe is an excesive amount of added oil. One of them called for 1/4 cup Earth Balance, and one might rightly believe that's okay for a recipe with 20 servings. Well, still believing in no added fat, I wondered if anyone had acommplish a truly fat-free biscotti? The always creative Ms. Voisin did! Here's her truly fat-free " Ginger Biscotti: " http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2007/12/fat-free-gluten-free-gingerbread.html Might be useful for the upcoming Holidaze.
