I *would* post my recipe for Cincinatti-style Chili that we used to make every winter (seemed like a Winter, comfort food), *BUT* it is based on hamburger and I would not want to offend.

Rather, I'd like to ask if anyone else has a recipe for Cinci-style (Skyline) Chili?

Otherwise, I may start experimenting with a TVP substitute as a start...

Why not post it and just put "ground beef substitute" instead? Or if

you want to give it a try with other ingredients first, TVP should work

nicely, or even just a couple of cans of lentils -- I use them to make my

shepherd's pie and they are a great substitute.Anna

I would love the recipe. We went to college near Cincy and loved the spice blend in that chili and would love to "veganize," it! -Becky
