Cerial bars/flapjacks?

Please does anyone have a recipe for making a fat free cerial type bar? Like a

flapjack?

I'm just finishing up my doves farm flapjacks and would like to make something

next time

rather than buy in. I'm looking for something that has dried fruit, nuts,

cerial flakes

etc and how to bind it all together to make it hold without being too fatty or

full of

sugar. I have stevia to use for sweetness but can't quite work out how to make

all these

things into a bar without margarine and honey etc. I looked on the fatfree

recipe board

but couldn't find any, but then I wasn't sure what section to look in.

The Oatmeal

Breakfast Bars at FFV sound sort of like what you're referring to

(though I'm not familiar with the type of "flapjack" you are referring

to, so maybe I'm way off). These bars are sweetened with applesauce.

There are no nuts in this recipe, but I'd imagine you could add them.
