Guest guest
Last night we made some of the best mashed potatoes in this world... We took 6 russet potatoes a bag of spinach 3 carrots 2 red peppers about 1 cup of broccoli tops. We boiled the potatoes and teh carrots (chopping the carrots up in small pices and adding them well after the potatoes have began cooking) The rest of the ingredients we steamed and then put them in the food processor and chopped them up really well. When the potatoes and carrots were fork done then we put them in a large mixing bowl and mashed them adding enough soy/rice milk to make them cremy. We then added the remaining ingredients with some pepper. We baked the potatoes in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. YUMMY
