help changing a recipe

I came across a recipe for stuffed pumpkin and would like help trying to

convert it, but I don't want to offend anyone. This recipe has meat in it, I

would like to see if he can be made vegan/fat free. Do you do that here?

Ooh, yes! That's one of my favorite things, and one of the things I love

about this list. We've got a combined history of dozens (hundreds?) of

years converting recipes, so there are lots of good ideas here.

 

Bring it on. :-)

 

I'll even volunteer to try out some of the converted recipes, because

stuffed squash is one of my favorite dishes. :-)

It would only be offensive on this list if it was already vegan and you

wanted ideas on how to add meat to it!
